Nutrabio Pre vs. Nutrabio Pre Extreme

VS

Nutrabio builds their supplements, including pre-workouts usually in the form of a complex. However, the good part is that they do reveal what’s inside.

As far as Nutrabio Pre and Nutrabio Pre Extreme are concerned, they are simply one of the most jacked pre-workouts available on the market right now. The Pre Extreme isn’t just better but expensive too and makes you wonder if it’s the right sup for your body. For some, the differences between the two are subtle which makes it hard to choose between the two. As far as the ingredients are concerned on both supplements, they are intense and not made for someone who is still getting used to with the iron in the gym. Just alone the 2000-mg dose of creatine is enough to put any newbie off his sleep and could cause restlessness and even nausea. So make sure you don’t go with this pre-workout unless you are someone who has the know-how of supplements.

Read on to find out if Nutrabio Pre Extreme or Nutrabio Pre is the right choice for you.

Nutrabio Pre vs. Nutrabio Pre Extreme – Ingredients

Most of the ingredients on these two pre-workouts are clinically proven to improve performance in the gym. However, the right amount of dose also matters and that’s what we are going to look in this review.

Similar ingredients

There’s a bunch of ingredients that are similar on both Nutrabio Pre and Nutrabio Pre Extreme. Once we are done doing the similarity test, we will move on to those few additional ingredients on the Pre Extreme. Putting it simply, Nutrabio Pre has 18 ingredients while its pre counterpart has 21. We won’t be putting up all the ingredients but only the ones that are the most important.

  1. creatine

There’s no better pre-workout when it comes creatine. It’s clinically proven to help you in the gym through better endurance and stamina. The 3000mg dose itself is very perfect. However, creatine is something that you can’t use for an indefinite period of time without facing consequences. It puts a lot of stress on your kidneys and therefore, it’s recommended to cycle creatine, i.e. take creatine on and off so the body could flush it out of the body. How we like to do it is to have a creatine-free pre-workout too or the one that has a smaller serving to be replaced by a high-dose creatine sup after every 5 weeks. Both Nutrabio pre0workouts have 2000mg of creatine monohydrate and 1000mg of creatine HCL.

  1. Caffeine

While creatine starts giving you results over weeks, caffeine does it immediately. Not just there is study backing what we just aforementioned but also personal anecdotes of thousands of trainers who use caffeine as a pre-workout. Both Nutraobio’s Pre and Pre Extreme have 350mg of anhydrous caffeine, plus de-caffeinate malate to provide you additional energy without giving a caffeine crash. Note that 350mg of caffeine is also a very big dose. If you are caffeine-intolerant or haven’t developed ample tolerance for it, you might want to reconsider using so much of it in your pre-workout. Common symptoms of caffeine intake include insomnia, stress, and restlessness.

  1. Electrolytes

For those who undergo intense training could face electrolyte imbalance which affects motor neuron function. By using an electrolyte, this can be taken care of. The 2214mg of electrolyte formula is perfect for someone who works out in hot environment and sweats too much because electrolytes give your body an instant rejuvenation

  1. Betaine Anhydrous

Betaine anhydrous is known to support creatine production which in turn increases power and muscle growth. Both pre-workouts includes a whopping 2500mg of Betaine anhydrous.

  1. L-Citrulline

Another important pre-workout ingredient is L-Citrulline that’s essential for nitric oxide production in the body. With more nitric oxide, your endurance goes up and fatigue goes down giving you that extra pump with the iron (because of the improved vasodilation). You get 6000mg of L-Citrulline on both pre-workouts.

  1. Agmatine Sulfate and Nitrosigine

The presence of nitric oxide in the body for weight trainers allows them to withstand tougher and longer gym sessions. Bodybuilders love nitric oxide-based pre-workouts and so do we. Both Nutrabio Pre and Nutrabio Pre Extreme include 1000mg of Agmatine Sulfate and 750mg of Nitrosigine that helps in the production of nitric oxide.

  1. L-Leucine

The 3500-mg dose of L-Leucine lessens recovery time and prevent muscle catabolism. We are so amazed that this product has literally every ingredient that’s clinically proven to improve your performance in the gym.

  1. Beta Alanine

Beta Alanine is one of the essential branched chain amino acids that you can’t miss if you are a bodybuilder.

What’s extra in Pre Extreme?

  1. Branched Cyclic Dextrin

Dextrin is no brainer: It’s basically one way to load on carbs. If you are someone who is looking to bulk up, getting dextrin on their pre- and post-workouts could make a lot of difference. However, if you don’t want to bulk up, you can still use this pre-workout because it only contains 15000mg of 15g of dextrin. But it’s enough to fuel your muscles and enhance performance.

  1. Yohimbe HCL

Yohimbe has been used for giving a quick spike to your adrenaline prior to a workout. It’s also used for sexual arousals, erectile dysfunction and for general sex problems in men and women. The 4mg dose is good enough for the gym but you’ll need more if you want to get that pump in your pants.

  1. Hyperzine

If you have ever felt while working out that your body is giving up but your mind isn’t, you need a better mind-muscle connection and huperzine is one way to do it. The Nutrabio Pre Extreme includes a 100-mcg dose of huperzine which is pretty good!

Final Verdict

The Nutrabio Pre Extreme is simply an improved version of its predecessor. The few dollars’ price hike on the Pre Extreme version is totally worth your money and we don’t find a reason why you should still get the Pre version. As far as the overall these pre-workouts are concerned, we have never come across so perfectly balanced as Nutrabio Pre Extreme. So do try it if you want to maximize your results in the gym.
